First, I want to start off with I love you guys SO much! Ive been watching your guys videos since the first apartment you guys were at! I was so excited to get your app after months because my dad doesnt like buying online stuff but when I got it, I was really almost dissapointed. I have an Iphone 6s and I dont know if thats why its kind of glitchy but anyway, Everything is like in a link whixh doesnt really flow very well as in it takes long to get from one place to another and I thought that there would be so much more exclusive content but there are only a few videos. For me personally, I didnt have a mother figure growing up so I was really excited to see things like advice or boys or just you know girl stuff and there just wasnt that but the one video of Catherine doing her makeup. Im sorry, I just really want this app to get better. Bye!

BEYOND DISAPPOINTMENT 1/5
This is BEYOND disappointment. From a business standpoint I get there is a lot of behind the scenes steps to make things happen. However in the last year and half I witnessed Austin and Catherine change into such Hollywood personalities. They started off as such a regular couple that can relate to us other people however they only now relate to us others on different situations. Yes they are human however it is disappointing that us FANS who put those millions in their hands get broken promises. The app was so exciting to hear about with exclusive content etc. However since it dropped live there has not been any exclusive content or live feeds as promised. There should have been some sort of reimbursement. The app went live and had issues with payment process and now it’s up live there is not content. I feel like us 17 MILL fans were robbed and is now taken to fund their GIANT home and expensive lifestyle. Do not get me wrong they are smart and I love them but I am not a fan as deeply because I do not think Austin and Catherine realize how quick they can lose all their fans and that money and most of the fan base are young and naive teenagers who do not realize how much they have changed. I am just disappointed at what they have become money has changed them. I don’t feel like I can relate to them much anymore. I also am disappointed in the fact they have ADDRESSED this app failure once and keep avoiding the issue. Every star/celeb/youtube’s that makes an app ends up not posting but continues to take everyone’s money. I paid for the whole year ahead of time so I can’t just cancel. Scam. They’re making money off of us by people paying for monthly memberships yet they’re not posting any content. Catherine posted in her section once. Austin’s section hasn’t had ANY content neither has Alaia. Elle had that 3 minute video from before alaia was born. Not sure why the app has 5 stars

Honestly I love the ace family so much but it’s ridiculous how they have not posted any content in MONTHS. Not even any updates on it. It’s unfair because there are so many people who pay for this app and we are not getting any new content. It’s like they are just ignoring it. So much money they are gaining for no reason. I tried already many times to cancel my membership and it doesn’t even let me login so I try to reset my password and it says they will send an email to reset it so I check my email and never get the email. At this point, this is a scam and they need to take this into consideration.

I bought the subscription to the app for 2.99 months ago when Catherine was giving birth because I thought it’d be cool to try the app out and see the bonus footage. Long story short I ended up not using the app ever so I tried to delete my subscription/account and thought I had but I’m still being charged the 2.99. I deleted my account too and nothing changed I’m still being charged. I have tried getting in contact with a representative or something to cancel the subscription but haven’t found any solution or any representative/contact info. If anyone can help I’d really appreciate it!!

The app launched before it was fully ready. There were problems from the start which have mostly been remedied with updates. The idea behind the app membership was great, however the lack of attention it got from the creators was disappointing to say the least. A $2.99 membership fee is not much, but the lack of content was so bad that it wasn’t even worth that much. I have always been a fan of the Ace Family, but I’m starting to see the shift in their personalities since beginning. Don’t get greedy, stay humble.
